Why is it that we have coaches for games that have relatively little importance- most professional teams have a multitude of coaches and trainers - but for the game of life,  we are expected to go it alone and not have help? That's crazy - I have coaches, trainers, mentors and many others who help me propel myself forward.

Today's episode is about coaching youth sports, it's a solo show. There is a surprise twist at the end.
