Tim started from humble beginnings and very quickly created an amazing life for himself and his family. He shares how you can live an epic life by following the principles he shares in this episode.

Take away: Create your vision for life and surround yourself with people to help you succeed.

Action step: Create your life plan and live it.

Money Learnings: Tim grew up in a rural town with a scarcity mentality around money. When his parents divorced life became turbulent. He always found a way to make money. Tim didn't go to college. At 25 he started selling real estate.

Bio: Tim Rhode is a rare individual who “walks the walk” of what he teaches. Tim came from a humble background, growing up in a blue-collar family in a blue-collar town. Despite barely graduating high school and never attend college, Tim went on to dream, plan, and create his own “magnificent life.”

Tim attributes his success to his own determination and the individuals who have kept him on track. In 2005, he realized he needed a quality peer-group of other successful men who understood his unique set of needs and could hold him accountable to his own high standards. Tim and three others created an accountability group through which they could help one another plan, execute, and achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. Over time, new members were added to their tribe, and by 2013 the foundation was officially laid for GoBundance. Since then, membership has grown to nearly 200. Having succeeded despite his own rocky beginnings, Tim is now inspired to help
others find their paths earlier in life. In addition to co-founding GoBundance, Tim recently co-authored Tribe of Millionaires. He is also the creative force behind 1 Life Fully Lived, where he helps kids plan their future, meanwhile driving positive change in the ways children are taught in our schools. Tim understands he has lived a blessed life, and is fully committed to helping others  dream, plan, and implement their own “magnificent future.”

Soulfire: Break Out of a Burnout Job and Craft a Career That Inspires You!

Sean digs deep into how we view ourselves and the world. What can we do to change ourselves so that we are living an abundant, rich and joyful life?

Take away: The solutions to what you want in life can be found in the mirror.

Action step: Ask yourself do you want to be where you work in 2 - 5 years?

Money Learnings: Sean didn't learn much about money in school.  His dad was in business and he was raised that money was good but it wasn't the end goal.

Bio: Sean Sessel is a voracious learner with a fervent belief in the ability of the individual to better himself or herself. After an epiphany that he derived intrinsic enjoyment from continual learning and the sharing of knowledge with others, he decided to make a career of it and started The Oculus Institute.

Sean helps individuals escape burnout jobs and craft careers that truly inspire AND pay well. He works with people to prevent self-sabotage, dissolves stress, and discover their personal power & value.

Sean developed a unique system called psychohacking that is fundamentally different and more powerful than other schools of internal work; like NLP and LOA. Psychohacking is grounded in truth (not selectively choosing beliefs/references or focusing only on the positive), and it uses observation to deconstruct mental barriers subconsciously.

Sean proudly boasts a 100% success rate in providing his clients with the results promised upon entering his program.

Before Oculus, Mr. Sessel was Director of Quantitative Research and Co-Portfolio Manager at Tectonic Advisors, a Registered Investment Adviser with over $1 billion in assets under advisement. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group, where he specialized in consumer survey analysis and organizational structures. Mr. Sessel received his B.S. in Bioengineering from Rice University. Throughout this time, he has also been involved as a founder, equity hire, or board member in 10 different startups and 2 different nonprofit organizations.
