You're Not Broken

Take away:
Your past does not define your future. You can create the life you want without having to "fix" yourself, and that true abundance comes from recognizing the richness that already exists in your present circumstances.

Money Learnings:
Growing up in New Zealand, Chris didn't receive much education about money management. The common mindset was to trade time for money, with the belief that you could never have enough. His understanding of money was focused on getting a good job, working hard, and trying to get paid as much as possible. It wasn't until Chris was around 11 years old that he witnessed a family friend buy a nightclub, which was the first business owner he knew personally. This event opened his eyes to the possibility of starting a business and doing something different. However, Chris grew up in a more socialist society where the focus was on ensuring the "little guy" didn't get left behind, rather than encouraging entrepreneurship and wealth creation. This created a challenging environment for developing a business mindset.

Bio:
Chris Duncan is a New York Times best-selling author, investor, and entrepreneur. Having built two 8- figure companies, and selling one, Chris is now focused on his third multi-million dollar endeavor.
A pioneer of the superconscious movement, with over 30,000 students each year undergoing the recode process, Chris was also featured in the 2019 documentary ‘We Rise Up’, along with the likes of Tony Robbins and the 14th Dalai Lam.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Understand that the past does not define your future - let go of limiting beliefs and create a new path forward.
  • Discover your "super consciousness" - access your higher intelligence and genius to create without limitations.
  • Define what a "good life" means to you, not based on societal or family expectations.
  • Implement the "Profit First" system to ensure your business is generating adequate profits.
  • Entrepreneurship is a journey of developing key skills - focus on mastering each step rather than getting discouraged.
  • Financial freedom allows you to design your ideal lifestyle, but fulfillment comes from purpose, not just wealth.
  • Abundance is a mindset - recognize how much you already have rather than constantly chasing more.

How to Master Your Financial Psychology

Take away:
Developing an internal locus of control, where you take responsibility for your financial outcomes instead of blaming external factors, is a powerful mindset that can lead to significantly improved financial behaviors and outcomes.

Money Learnings:
Brad grew up in a lower-income family, with his parents divorcing when he was young. Both sets of grandparents lived in trailer parks, so he was very aware of the challenges and limitations of being poor. This drove Brad to want to figure out how to not experience the same financial struggles as his family. He developed an intense interest in understanding the psychology behind why "reasonably intelligent people do something so stupid" with their money. Brad credits this early curiosity and drive to understand money as the foundation for his later career path in financial psychology and his mission to help people improve their financial behaviors and mindsets.

Bio:
Bradley T. Klontz, Psy.D., CFP® is an expert in financial psychology, behavioral finance, and financial planning. He is a Managing Principal of YMW Advisors, an Associate Professor of Practice at Creighton University Heider College of Business, and a founder of the Financial Psychology Institute®.

Dr. Klontz has written eight books on the psychology of money and his work has been featured on ABC News' 20/20, Good Morning America, and in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and many more.

Highlights from this episode:
  • The importance of understanding your family's relationship with money and how it shapes your own beliefs and behaviors around money.
  • The concept of "money avoidance" - the belief that rich people are greedy and money is corrupting, which can lead to self-sabotaging financial behaviors.
  • The danger of the "money focus" or "money worship" mindset, where material possessions are equated with happiness, leading to unhealthy outcomes.
  • The power of automating savings and creating a clear vision for your financial future, rather than just focusing on the present moment.
  • The importance of finding purpose and meaning beyond just accumulating wealth, and the potential pitfalls of having too much free time.
  • The idea that "retirement is for dead people" and the value of continually working towards new goals, even after achieving financial freedom.
  • The emphasis on developing an internal locus of control, where you take responsibility for your financial outcomes rather than blaming external factors.

Scaling Up

Take away:
Putting the right people systems and processes in place is critical for reducing the burden on the business owner, improving profitability, and allowing the business to run more smoothly and successfully. Implementing these structured people management practices is key to achieving sustainable growth.

Money Learnings:
Corwin's early childhood was marked by financial abundance - his father was very successful in agricultural sales and lived a lavish lifestyle with private planes, a car collection, and more. However, when his father's company was sold and he lost his job, the family then went through periods of extreme "famine or feast" as his father's subsequent business ventures failed. Corwin's mother worked full-time in low-paying jobs, but her income was not enough to provide financial stability for the family. This upbringing of oscillating between wealth and scarcity instilled in Corwin the perspective that money is hard to come by and that financial situations can drastically change, despite his father's entrepreneurial efforts. It taught him that money has an inherent insecurity and unpredictability to it.

Bio:
Corwin J. Smith is a Valuation Growth Coach, certified in Scaling Up/The Rockefeller Habits by Verne Harnish since 2016. He possesses expertise in diverse methodologies including Spiral Dynamics, 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and Metronomics. Currently, Corwin specializes in aiding companies across sectors like medicine, professional services, cannabis, and manufacturing, with a focused effort in recent years on blue-collar industries and trades. His clients typically achieve substantial results, including a 40% reduction in management time, doubling of net profit, and a 500-800% increase in business valuation. Corwin's entrepreneurial journey began at the WP Carey Business School, where he founded a Fire & Water Damage restoration company, rapidly growing it to 45 employees in less than four years. Prior to this venture, he made significant strides in medical sales for a local diagnostic imaging firm, setting records in new patient and doctor acquisition. His tenure at Rocky Mountain Restoration was marked by high praise and media coverage in the Arizona Republic and Success Magazine, reflecting the impactful culture and work of the organization. On a personal front, Corwin is deeply invested in his family life, alongside his wife, dedicating themselves to raising their four sons to be productive and fulfilled members of society. An avid outdoorsman, Smith relishes mountain biking, hiking, and hunting in the wilderness of Arizona. He is also a devoted supporter of his children's sporting activities. Further extending his commitment to the community, Corwin offers his expertise through unpaid mentorship to upcoming business owners in the local Entrepreneur's Organization chapter.

Highlights from this episode:
  • The importance of having a clear vision, mission, and values for your business that align with your life purpose and goals.
  • Strategies for reducing the time required to manage the day-to-day operations of your business, such as implementing structured meeting rhythms and delegating tasks you don't enjoy.
  • The value of proper hiring practices, including assessing candidates for cultural fit, skill set match, and motivational drivers using behavior assessments.
  • Techniques for improving profitability, such as implementing a salary cap based on profit targets and addressing underperforming team members.
  • The benefits of creating a comprehensive life plan that harmonizes your personal goals across relationships, health, spirituality, and business.
  • The importance of decisiveness and taking action, rather than getting stuck in analysis paralysis when making tough business decisions.
  • Wisdom for younger entrepreneurs on following their passion and unraveling the programming and fears instilled by parents/upbringing.

The Science of Awakening Your Non-Self

Take away:
To embark on a journey of personal growth by continually questioning, learning, and striving to see beyond the surface-level illusions that constrain so many people's perceptions of what is possible.

Money Learnings:
Clement Decrop grew up where money came in the form of a reward  system for doing well in school. His parents would give him 1 dollar to 5 dollars based on his grades on his report card - 5 dollars for an A, 4 dollars for a B, etc. Even though it wasn't a lot of money, it was motivating for him as a kid, as he could save up and buy things like $40 video games back then. This reward system taught him to value money from a young age and incentivized him to perform well academically.

Bio:
Clement Decrop is a master inventor with 50+ patents filed, public speaker, and author of "The Idea Space: Awakening Your Non-Self"

Highlights from this episode:
  • Exploring the concept of an "idea space" - a mental model for understanding the mind based on physics and general relativity.
  • The importance of mindfulness practices like meditation and focusing on the breath to cultivate presence and gratitude.
  • Strategies for letting go of attachments and reducing the intensity of negative emotions.
  • The value of reading widely and exposing yourself to different perspectives to challenge your perception of reality.
  • Techniques like negative visualization and "last time" meditation from Stoic philosophy to build resilience.
  • Raising children with the right balance of struggle and support to instill grit and wisdom.
  • Reframing societal norms and systems as "veils of illusion" can blind us from deeper truths about existence.

Making the Ultimate Investment

Take away:
The importance of developing a mindset of abundance, differentiation, and gratitude, while consistently investing in personal growth, in order to design a passionate and purposeful life aligned with their values and ability to build generational wealth.

Money Learnings:
Mark's father had a heart attack when Mark was in high school, which severely impacted the family's finances. He realized his parents lived paycheck-to-paycheck, trying to "keep up with the Joneses" and not saving much money. When his father's career ended due to a heart attack, their money dried up quickly. This experience taught Mark that his parents had poor money values, and he wanted to ensure he never ended up in that type of uncertain financial situation himself or put his own future kids through that.

Bio:
Mark B. Murphy, CEO of Northeast Private Client Group, is an accomplished author, speaker, and motivator who’s revolutionizing the financial planning and wealth management industry. He helps entrepreneurs achieve multigenerational wealth through personalized strategies, leveraging his strategic planning and financial engineering expertise. Forbes has ranked him as the #1 financial security professional in NJ and #15 nationwide. Additionally, his book, The Ultimate Investment, is a #1 bestseller and new release on Amazon.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Cultivate an abundant mindset by focusing on differentiation rather than competition to achieve extraordinary results.
  • Practice gratitude consistently, as it has the power to eliminate fear and foster a positive outlook on life.
  • Invest in your personal growth and development as the ultimate investment for long-term success.
  • Prioritize building cash reserves to weather storms, seize opportunities, and maintain financial confidence.
  • Align your life with your core passions and higher purpose to experience true fulfillment.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset that embraces failure as a stepping stone to success.
  • Design your ideal lifestyle by being intentional with your time, energy, and resources.

How to Succeed When Everyone Expects You to Fail

Take away:
Challenges early on, while difficult, can be the fire that forges your inner strength. If you believe in yourself and your abilities, you can exceed other's low expectations. Never let your humble beginnings limit your ambition. Turn adversity into advantage.

Money Learnings:
Jonathan's childhood was challenging financially and he felt deprived compared to his wealthy peers. He didn't receive any substantive money education as a child and had to figure it out himself later through entrepreneurial trial and error. This gave him motivation to build his own success.

Bio:
Serial entrepreneur Jonathan Beskin built his first company, a women’s lifestyle subscription box, from a pre-revenue idea to over $60 million in revenue in under five years. An investor in multiple private companies and startups, he has twice been featured in the prestigious Inc. 5000 list. Beskin is a digital advertising and e-commerce expert; he often speaks at conferences and academic institutions. He holds an MBA in finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Highlights from this episode:
  • It's vital to keep pivoting in business - be flexible, and keep learning and adapting as things change. Nothing lasts forever.
  • When starting a business, do as much yourself initially to really understand it before bringing in others. This allows you to better evaluate outside help.
  • Having a healthy obsession, and always keeping your brain occupied on positive, beneficial activities can lead to an abundant life. Idle time can lead to negativity.
  • Don't make decisions based on what others think - trust your own judgment. Listen to yourself.
  • Be willing to put yourself out there and be vulnerable - you never know what opportunities it can create when you open up.
  • The choice is yours daily - take action or just consume. Turn off the TV and get to work on your dreams.

Creating a Wealthy Life

Take away:
Money is a tool that should enable you to live a fulfilling life, not be the sole focus. Having clarity on your ideal lifestyle, relationships, and experiences is crucial. Then determine the amount of money needed to support that vision. Don't get caught in the trap of chasing more money for money's sake. Instead, focus first on personal growth, self-worth, purpose, and making a positive difference. With financial education and mindset shifts, money can be managed effectively to serve your life goals rather than become an all-consuming end in itself. The key is balancing priorities - money matters but should not override health, family, purpose, and inner peace. Use money wisely to live well.

Money Learnings:
Krisstina grew up in poverty, living in a trailer home and relying on food stamps and government assistance. Her parents were uneducated and fought constantly about money, often violently. As a child, Krisstina associated money with these traumatic fights and grew to fear it. She felt money was an unsafe topic that would lead to chaos and conflict if brought up. With no financial education or role models, Krisstina was scared of and avoided money matters for much of her early life. This led her to be financially illiterate and anxiously avoidant when it came to money and finance.

Bio:
Krisstina Wise has made it her life's work to master money. She's a self-made millionaire with training and study under some of the business world's most sage and seasoned mentors. Her systems for wealth creation work - in both good and challenging times. After nearly losing her life in 2013 and spending almost one-half of a million dollars to recover, her mission is no to inspire others to build extraordinary wealth and optimal health. She is a best-selling author and international speaker. With never-ending enthusiasm for money and a passion for helping people build wealth, Krisstina Wise and her money school will change the way you spend and invest to ensure you build wealth and optimal health.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Money is something many people struggle with due to lack of education, poor role models, and cultural assumptions. Understanding basic financial principles is key to building wealth.
  • Have clarity on what you want from life - your ideal lifestyle, relationships, experiences. Then determine how much money you need for that.
  • Take action - you can study and plan forever but you need to take action and get in the game to achieve results and learn. Adjust as you go.
  • Running a business requires financial intelligence. Learn how to read your financial statements and make profitability a priority.
  • Money is a tool that enables you to live the life you want. Focus on self-worth, purpose, and making a difference, not just making more money.

Unlock Your Impossible Life

Take away:
You have the power to renegotiate your existence and make the impossible reality by shifting your mindset and energy frequency.

Money Learnings:
Chris grew up in a privileged neighborhood financially but had a difficult childhood due to family trauma and issues with his father. He emphasizes the need to change our relationship with money and offers practical tools for repairing and improving that relationship.

Bio:
Chris M. King built a life on the pillars of his childhood: grief, rage, abuse, and addiction. Despite taking nine years to earn his associate’s degree and leaving his undergrad unfinished, he remarkably transformed into an NCAA hockey player within a year of learning to skate. With two failed marriages, one plagued by mental illness, he later forsook a lucrative career to become a poverty-stricken radio personality in Los Angeles.

Transitioning to marketing a hospital’s neuroscience institute without clinical expertise, Chris then shifted to a tech role, which ended in dismissal. Jobless, he spurned a secure future, opting for penniless homelessness as he ambitiously built a company from his car’s trunk—today, that very company prospers.

Unconventional as it may be, Chris’s journey defies norms. His secret? A resolute choice. Termed an “witch doctor,” “human tuning fork,” or “irritated Buddha,” Chris M. King, author of “Renegotiate Your Existence: Unlock Your Impossible Life,” facilitates transformative expeditions. He draws from spiritual psychology and learns from diverse luminaries like the Flow Research Collective, Dr. Andrew Huberman, and retired US Navy SEALs and US Army Special Forces.

Chris takes individuals and organizations beyond their perceived limits, enabling the realization of the seemingly impossible.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Childhood experiences shape our beliefs and programming as adults. Taking responsibility for your life is the first step in changing your reality.
  • Your outer experiences reflect your inner state. Pay attention to patterns and what's being mirrored back to you.
  • Mindset matters. Shift from scarcity/lack to abundance thinking. Match your frequency to what you desire to attract it.
  • Live in possibility not limitations. Believe you can achieve the impossible then take action. There are no limits except those you impose.
  • Get clear on your life's purpose. Your gifts and talents are perfectly designed to fulfill it. Mislabeling them causes suffering.
  • Ready, fire, aim! Speed creates momentum. Take imperfect action, pivot, and refine. Waiting for perfect conditions gets you stuck.

Take away:
Discover the power of a positive mindset, the importance of having a clear purpose, and the benefits of creating a comprehensive life plan, all while emphasizing the interconnectedness of health, wealth, time, relationships, and spirituality in living a harmonious life.

Money Learnings:
Graham Lutz learned early in life that money is a tool, not a measure of self-worth. He was taught the value of hard work, saving, and investing by his parents. This foundational understanding of money has shaped his approach to personal finance and wealth building.

Bio:
Graham Lutz is a storyteller, educator, and advocate for mental health and neurodiversity. With a background in neuroscience bachelors from Georgia State University, current work towards a Master’s in Psychology at Harvard University, and a passion for all things wild and wonderful about the world, Graham weaves together narratives that challenge limiting beliefs and inspire personal growth. Graham's work is informed by his own journey of self-discovery, religious deconstruction, and his diagnosis of ADHD, which has shaped his understanding of how our brains and beliefs influence our lives.

As a writer, Graham is currently working on a book that explores the fascinating science and history of our brains, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and the power of changing our perspectives. Drawing from personal experiences, scientific research, and compelling anecdotes from the wild annals of medical history, Graham aims to expand readers' understanding of their own minds and challenge the narratives they hold about themselves.

Whether through his writing, videos, or workshops, his mission is to help others rewrite their personal narratives, overcome their limiting beliefs, and unlock their full potential. Graham believes that by understanding our brains better, we can lead more fulfilling lives, create more compassionate communities, and solve the big problems facing humanity.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Discovering the power of a positive mindset and how it can impact every area of life.
  • The willingness to be wrong is essential for personal development and growth.

  • Understanding and challenging stereotypes about ADHD can lead to greater empathy and support for individuals with the condition.

How to Overcome Yourself

Take away:
The concept of making growth decisions versus comfortable decisions is crucial in personal and professional development. Being willing to embrace discomfort and make choices that lead to growth, even in small increments, can lead to substantial progress over time.

Money Learnings:
Benjamin Owen learned from his family that money was often associated with negativity, such as greed and hard work. There was a perception that one had to work hard to earn money and that wealth was equated with conflict and stress in the household. Despite the financial challenges, his family prioritized love and resourcefulness, creating a deep understanding of the value of love and family. As he grew older and entered the workforce, he recognized the need to redefine his relationship with money and shift from a mindset of hard work to understanding the principles of wealth and money creation. He also learned the importance of dissociating the idea that money has to be hard-earned and exploring the concept of creating wealth in other ways.

Bio:
Benjamin Owen is a professional coach specializing in personal and professional transformation.

He’s the co-creator of the Awakened Man Project a powerful men’s only coaching group that helps high-performing men actualize their potential through learning from other men. He also created the ‘Fast Way To Fitness’ system in his twenties which helps hundreds of people transform their lives through transforming their bodies.

Ben is a Father of two girls, a fiancé to his partner Poppy, and a business owner.

He brings over 15+ years of experience and pragmatism to personal transformation, business creation, and long-term results-based coaching. Ben has loved working with professional athletes, barristers, CEO’s, and people who are hungry for change in their life and work.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Living an abundant life comes from giving and being of service to others.
  • Balancing work and love is essential, as success in one area should not come at the expense of the other.
  • Reasonable goals and sustainable habits are key to long-term success and personal growth. Success often comes with a glamorous facade, but the reality behind it may involve significant costs and challenges.
  • Pain, uncertainty, and constant work are constants in life that should be embraced rather than avoided.
  • Achievable short-term goals can provide motivation and build momentum towards long-term success.
  • Self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors can hinder progress and should be recognized and addressed.

How to Evolve as a Business Owner

Take away:
The journey of evolving as a founder requires embracing each stage's struggles to develop new skills, rather than rushing ahead; the joy is found in the present moment.

Money Learnings:
Money was a source of stress and problems in Scott's family growing up. His dad worked a blue-collar job and his mom worked on and off to make ends meet. He didn't understand finances as a kid, just that money seemed to cause issues. It felt like a "necessary evil" in the background. After accidentally dropping out of high school early, he went to ministry school without money or a job. He had to sell cherished possessions like his guitar just to get by. He learned lessons through mistakes, like quickly burning through $4,000 and bouncing a check. This taught him to track his accounts and not spend recklessly.

Bio:
Scott helped start nearly 20,000 new businesses and nonprofits and with his business partner started led their multimillion-dollar business through an exceptional and extended growth phase (over 10 years of double-digit growth) all before he turned 35.
Today he helps founders and CEOs identify and implement the one essential strategy they need right now to get them on the fast track to Predictable Success.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Success often comes from embracing the struggle, not avoiding it. The lessons are in the valleys, not at the mountaintops.
  • What got you here won't get you there. As you evolve, you have to let go of old skills and mindsets and develop new ones.
  • Leading people requires different skills than producing as an individual. Make the leap to management.
  • There are stages to the founder's journey. Skipping steps usually backfires. Honor the process.
  • Disillusionment is normal when building something big. Stay persistent through the messy middle.
  • True freedom as an owner comes from doing the work to build a self-sustaining organization.
  • Joy is found in the present moment, not at some future destination. Appreciate where you are.

From Burnout to Brilliant Busy Brain Cure

Take away:
There are tangible steps you can take, even with a stressful lifestyle, to mitigate the effects of chronic stress and find more balance and wellbeing. Dr. Romie provides evidence-based yet practical suggestions to make this possible.

Money Learnings:
Growing up in an immigrant family, Dr. Romie was taught by her parents to save money diligently, have a relentless work ethic and drive for academic excellence, and that openly talking about money is culturally inappropriate. Controlling Mental Chaos in 4 Simple Steps with Jaime Pineda, Ph.D.

Take away:
Focus on enjoying the present moment. He says this state of mindfulness reduces anxiety and taps into innate creativity. The key is learning to find joy and fulfillment in each moment.

Money Learnings:
Jaime learned from his parents that there is power in having money available to help others. Although his family didn't have much money, they often gave money away to their church, organizations, and neighbors. This shaped his view that money's purpose is not solely individual gain, but as a tool to generously assist and empower others.

Bio: Jaime A. Pineda, PhD is Professor of Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, and Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego, and the author of many widely cited papers in animal and human cognitive and systems neuroscience, as well as two books of poetry on mind-brain relationships with an emphasis on spirituality, mysticism, environmentalism, and social activism. His new book is Controlling Mental Chaos: Harnessing the Power of the Creative Mind. Learn more at https://the-unencumbered-mind.com/

Highlights from this episode:
  • Living in the present moment can help calm an anxious mind and tap into creativity. Simply being aware of your senses and the current moment disconnects you from unhelpful memories.
  • Practicing self-care, self-love, and self-parenting exercises can fill emotional voids left from childhood. Caring for yourself is a basic requirement before moving to deeper personal growth.
  • Thoughts are bursts of energy. Observing them without judgement allows anxious thoughts to fade away naturally. You are not your thoughts.
  • There is great power behind having money available to help others. Value and purpose can come from generosity.
  • Fearful thoughts in youth often lead to poor decisions. With time we can recognize these are just thoughts, not truth.
  • Connecting to others becomes important in personal growth. Appreciating relationships and community is key.
  • Focusing on enjoying the process leads to better outcomes. Success happens naturally when you find joy in the work.

QuitProof: The 7 Necessities for Becoming Resilient with Jenn Drummond

Take away:
The importance of learning to appreciate the ordinary, finding joy in being present, and embracing curiosity and enjoyment in the journey rather than solely focusing on the end goal.

Money Learnings:
Lessons were learned from a grandmother's garage sales and starting a lemonade stand as a child. The importance of buying low and selling high was emphasized.

Bio:
Jenn Drummond achieved business success as the founder and CEO of a
thriving financial services company. Her move to Park City, Utah, with her kids, fed her family’s passion for everything outdoors. But on a snowy evening in 2018, Jenn’s life was knocked off its tracks. She was in a horrific car accident that brought her inches from death. Everyone agreed that she shouldn’t have survived, yet somehow, she did. In the aftermath, it became crystal clear to Jenn that while she cannot control when she leaves this life, she–and the rest of us–can choose how to live it.

Jenn’s confrontation with death imbued her with vigor, enthusiasm, and
commitment to full engagement in life. Now–more than ever, she is focused on becoming an inspiration, guide, and cheerleader, not just for her children, but for outdoor enthusiasts around the world. Urged on and supported by her family, Jenn has now become the first woman to climb the World’s Seven Second Summits–the second tallest mountains on every continent.

In January 2024, Jenn will be releasing her book, “QuitProof: The 7 Necessities for Becoming Resilient,” a powerful account of her journey through triumph and resilience after surviving a near-fatal car accident in 2018.

Highlights from this episode:
  • Surviving a traumatic car accident in 2018 provided a new outlook on prioritizing living life to the fullest over strictly following norms and expectations. It gave courage to pursue passions.
  • Climbing mountains, despite risks and fears, teaches important lessons about knowing your limits, perseverance, teamwork and enjoying the journey. Summits may be brief moments that cap long, rewarding climbs.
  • Businesses can benefit from recognizing points of failure as opportunities to evaluate, learn and reorganize to keep progressing, just as climbers do when acclimatizing up mountains.
  • Support teams must evolve as businesses scale new heights. Growth often requires letting go of whatGot you there to embrace new directions and skillsets.
  • Appreciating everyday moments, not just extraordinary pursuits, brings abundance, beauty and joy. Slowing down and being present is so important.
  • Taking time to acknowledge our bodies, not just our thoughts, helps relieve stress and reset mentally to write a new positive story going forward.
