Arlene teaches us the power of philanthropy and how giving provides more benefits than receiving.

Would you like to get out of the rat race and retire early? Big ERN, Karsten shares his journey and how he was able to retire at 44.
 
Take away: If you spend less and save more you can have time freedom at a young age.

Money Learnings: Karsten grew up in Germany in a lower middle class family. He is part of the F.I.R.E. community and retired at 44. He learned to save at a very high rate.
 
Bio:  Karsten “Big Ern” Jeske, Ph.D., CFA retired in 2018 at the age of 44 after a long career in academia, government and Corporate America. He previously taught economics at Emory University in Atlanta and worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and Bank of New York Mellon Asset Management in San Francisco.
 
He uses his new-found time to travel with his wife and daughter and write for his blog Early Retirement Now on all topics related to finance and especially the financial challenges of early retirement. Karsten has an undergraduate degree in Business from the Universität Bielefeld in Germany and a Master’s and Doctorate in economics from the University of Minnesota. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Michelle Bosch shares her life journey, starting from humble beginnings. Michelle and her husband immigrated to the United States and created the life of their dream through real estate. 
 
Take away: Be intentional in life. Figure out what you want and then learn how to do it. Surround yourself with people who support you.

Money Learnings: Michele is an immigrant to the USA. Her dad passed away when she was a child. He left them a commercial building that provided cash flow for them. Poverty is relative. 
 
Bio: Michelle Bosch is the Co-Founder and CFO of Orbit Investments and a full-time real estate investor since 2002. She has bought and sold over 4000 pieces of real estate and built the 3rd largest land investment and auction company in the US, bringing that company successfully into the 8-figure revenues in a matter of 18 months. Through the recession, she positioned Orbit Investments for rapid growth in the Single-Family and Multifamily investing space with over $40 million in assets under management.
 
Michelle is also the Co-Creator of the nationally recognized Land Profit Generator Program focusing on teaching others how to invest in Land and has created over 145,000 followers via the Forevercash Podcast/Radio Show, LandProfitGenerator.com, UltimateBoardroom.com, and social media channels.
